Presales Solutions Architect – ICX Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the ongoing technical empowerment of ICX partners.

• Create and present technical workshops, architectural sessions, and training initiatives.

• Inform partners about agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, knowledge graphs, and the governance of enterprise AI.

• Assist partners in the integration of Mendix, ICX Graph functionalities, AI services, and enterprise data.

• Design and develop enterprise agentic AI use cases tailored for partner clients.

• Offer technical consultation and architectural advice during client interactions.

• Aid partners in modeling customer domains as enterprise ontologies, constructing agents and machine learning models, and delivering agentic applications.

• Address technical inquiries, issues, and competitive challenges.

• Create business and technical demonstrations, along with proof-of-concept projects in collaboration with partners.

• Highlight best practices related to application governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management.

• Exhibit integration capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor and support the growth of the partner ecosystem.

• Work in conjunction with sales teams and global ICX leaders to enhance the partner engagement model.

• Provide partner feedback and market insights to shape the ICX product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, and enabling technical teams, particularly in a partner-facing or channel environment.

• Strong practical experience in designing agents and AI solutions utilizing enterprise data, including LLMs, retrieval, tool usage, and Multi-Concept Programming (MCP).

• Expertise in modeling real business domains as ontologies or knowledge graphs and implementing them in an enterprise context.

• Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.

• Experience in Mendix application development, architecture, or consulting, including integration with AI services and enterprise workflows.

• Proficiency in understanding, integrating, and modeling enterprise data for AI applications.

• Background in leading client engagements and delivery teams focused on agentic AI, data, and analytics.

• Capability to facilitate working sessions with both technical and business stakeholders, including executives.

• Proven success in leading client engagements and delivery teams, ideally with an emphasis on partner development, enablement, or management.

• Background in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, or financial services is a considerable advantage.

• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is highly regarded.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
