📋 Description

• Collaborate with potential clients to assess the compatibility of their applications with Temporal’s platform.

• Inform customers and prospects about the technical advantages and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service.

• Establish Temporal as a premier solution compared to rival technologies and architectural approaches.

• Encourage the adoption and growth of Temporal within customers' production settings.

• Work alongside Account Executives to create and implement thorough account strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with technical decision-makers in customer organizations.

• Assist prospects and customers in comprehending the suitability of applications for Temporal’s platform.

• Highlight the technical benefits of Temporal’s cloud service.

• Support customer engineering teams in scaling production applications using Temporal.

• Manage the technical relationship with key decision-makers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Bangalore, India.

• Outstanding technical communication abilities, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.

• Expertise in creating application prototypes and offering guidance on design, development, build, and deployment using one or more of Temporal’s supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.

• Strong understanding of operational factors in production environments, such as security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations.

• Capability to provide valuable insights on architectural matters, including application patterns and platform architectures.

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and knowledge of commonly utilized application development and production services.

• Act as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives, aiding in scoping and sizing opportunities and offering advice on technical compatibility and challenges.
