Staff Software Engineer – Fullstack, React, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define the architectural vision for the future of next-generation SaaS and cloud-native TMS solutions.

• Lead the technical strategy and architectural direction across hybrid and cloud environments from start to finish.

• Establish AI-native development workflows utilizing Cursor, LLM integrations, and automated code generation.

• Implement best practices, quality standards, and review protocols for AI-assisted software delivery.

• Supervise high-throughput microservices along with front-end architectures.

• Ensure system resiliency, security, performance, and seamless integration of React/.NET.

• Mentor and guide Senior Engineers and cross-functional feature teams.

• Promote technical excellence, continuous delivery, and architectural integrity.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, and domain specialists.

• Transform transportation logistics challenges into scalable and adaptable system designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in full-stack software engineering.

• A proven history of architectural leadership in high-availability cloud platforms.

• Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, state management, and contemporary front-end design patterns.

• Significant hands-on and architectural experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, and distributed RESTful microservice architectures.

• Strong practical experience in AI-assisted software development, including tools like Cursor, Copilot, or custom LLM solutions.

• Capability to establish code review, safety, and validation protocols for AI-generated code.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure, SQL Server optimization, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Proven ability to influence architectural decisions across various teams, build technical consensus, and address complex system-level challenges.

• Experience in working within international, multi-time-zone teams across Europe, Canada, and India.
