📋 Description

• Develop customer experience platforms that enhance customer service and compliance workflows for CX agents

• Design and implement distributed backend systems alongside essential infrastructure components

• Establish strategic roadmaps and steer technical direction in collaboration with engineering management and stakeholders

• Convert ambiguous challenges into architectural frameworks with quantifiable results

• Create and scale highly reliable services that optimize CX agent workflows and compliance mechanisms

• Manage the complete delivery process from initial design to production deployment

• Guide engineers on design methodologies, coding standards, testing practices, and operational best practices

• Collaborate across functions and time zones to pinpoint platform enhancements and anticipate potential challenges

• Convey intricate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering

• Proven ability to architect and implement distributed systems that address complex, high-impact challenges

• Extensive knowledge of Go (Golang)

• Experience in creating scalable, high-traffic backend services in a production environment

• Proficient in API development utilizing gRPC and GraphQL

• Skilled in event-driven architectures with Kafka and MQ

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (BuildKite or similar)

• Experience with implementing rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and observability techniques including metrics, logging, and tracing

• Demonstrated history of leading technical projects from inception to completion, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions across teams without direct authority

• Responsible application of generative AI with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and measurable workflow enhancements
