Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as a principal architect for the vCluster Platform.

• Collaborate closely with Kubernetes internals to enhance container orchestration.

• Develop high-performance, resilient Go code for the vCluster platform.

• Take ownership of feature development from technical design to release.

• Interact with the community and contribute to open-source initiatives.

• Establish scalable tenancy models for resource isolation and sharing beyond namespaces.

• Address intricate systems architecture and engineering challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of Kubernetes internals, encompassing architectural patterns, networking, and storage.

• Strong programming proficiency in Go.

• Active participation in GitHub projects, experiments, or contributions to open-source.

• Highly technical and self-motivated.

• Experience in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and enthusiastic about making an impact.

• A history of contributions to the Kubernetes project, including documentation updates, pull requests, or involvement in SIGs (bonus).

• Experience in early-stage startups (bonus).
