This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Design, develop, and implement digital solutions and systems.
β’ Architect and code software applications.
β’ Conduct system testing and debugging.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
β’ Contribute to the technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.
β’ Lead operational excellence through improvements in automation and reliability.
β’ Drive root-cause analysis and enhance observability.
β’ Act as the technical lead for complex production issues.
β’ Establish operational best practices.
β’ Ensure applications adhere to availability, compliance, audit, and supportability standards.
β’ Over 7 years of relevant experience in C/C++ and/or .NET.
β’ More than 3 years of experience with Linux/Windows environments and GitHub.
β’ Proven experience in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining high-performance applications.
β’ Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with an emphasis on performance, stability, and reliability.
β’ Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
β’ Strong understanding of data structures.
β’ Knowledge of memory management.
β’ Experience with multithreading.
β’ Certification as a Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with healthcare claims processing, adjudication, or pricing systems.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience).
