
Staff Program Manager β CCO Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee the execution and business results for CCO-level initiatives, which include transforming go-to-market strategies, managing renewal and retention efforts, establishing product feedback mechanisms, and providing executive sponsorship for key accounts.
β’ Translate CCO directives into actionable workstreams with designated owners, dependencies, and timelines.
β’ Engage and coordinate with senior stakeholders from Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement.
β’ Identify stalled projects, unassigned risks, and delayed timelines to maintain a dependable, real-time portfolio overview.
β’ Suggest modifications to scope, re-sequencing, or discontinuation of programs that fail to deliver value.
β’ Monitor decisions made in executive meetings and ensure action items are completed.
β’ Evaluate program health through data analysis and link execution to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR results.
β’ Present narratives suitable for executive-level communication.
β’ Establish common standards for tracking, reporting, and transitions.
β’ Refine plans in collaboration with functional leaders based on insights from the field.
β’ Act as the initial Program Manager for CX Executive initiatives and assist in developing the operational model for the Programs function.
β’ Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level and converting ambiguous directives into tangible outcomes without a detailed brief.
β’ Background in Customer Experience, go-to-market strategies, or revenue-generating roles such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
β’ Proficiency in retention, expansion, and adoption strategies and their impact on ARR.
β’ Capability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and to hold them accountable without formal authority.
β’ Sound judgment to make critical tactical recommendations in uncertain situations.
β’ Strong data analysis skills to evaluate program health, identify issues, and propose data-driven next steps.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Comfort in operating without established frameworks and assisting in the development of the function's operational model.
β’ Dependable follow-through with the ability to manage conflicts and prioritize competing interests.
β’ Team members are expected to integrate AI into their daily workflows.
