Staff Product Manager, Omni

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Omni roadmap for both Swift and Halo.

• Establish product direction and assist the wider team in grasping product priorities.

• Define the API surface for Halo, along with its documentation, SDKs, and integration processes.

• Enhance the developer experience to enable partners to transition from evaluation to production swiftly and achieve their first booking in no time.

• Broaden Swift’s no-code configuration, branding, and control features.

• Minimize the duration from partner agreement to operational storefront.

• Work in tandem with commercial and partnerships teams to determine integration strategies and prioritize tradeoffs.

• Make strategic product decisions regarding Engine’s hotel booking infrastructure integrated within external platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of delivering API, platform, or embedded products aimed at engineering-team customers.

• A background in travel, booking, or multimodal supply is highly advantageous.

• Capability to make tough prioritization choices and articulate tradeoffs clearly.

• Technical proficiency in APIs, integration patterns, and system trade-offs.

• Ability to collaborate with engineers on architectural decisions.

• Comprehension of what constitutes a robust developer experience, including clean primitives, precise documentation, and consistent behavior.

• Ability to evolve platforms while maintaining existing partner integrations.

• Responsibility for decisions and their outcomes.

• Skill in navigating quickly through ambiguity and high-stakes situations.

• Competence in advancing an existing product without disrupting current partner relationships.
