Staff Product Manager – Marketplace Supply

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire experience for professionals: from discovery and placement to ensuring their continued engagement.

• Define and manage the Professional Lifetime Value, providing reports to leadership.

• Develop a retention strategy aimed at keeping professionals active for many years, rather than just during their initial shift.

• Design the process by which professionals establish their reputation and are discovered by facilities.

• Clarify earnings for professionals—what they earn, the reasons behind it, and ways to enhance their income.

• Collaborate with the product manager responsible for the facility side to maintain a balanced marketplace.

• Work asynchronously with colleagues across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in product management, specifically with significant involvement in the supply side of a marketplace or platform.

• Proven experience in enhancing engagement, not merely focusing on availability, within a marketplace or platform.

• Ability to connect product decisions to unit economics and effectively discuss them with finance teams.

• Strong analytical skills; capable of implementing tracking before development and diagnosing issues related to retention versus discovery.

• A successful history of collaborating across team boundaries where you may not have full control.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
