Group Product Manager – Enterprise & Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Enterprise Quote-to-Cash process, managing everything from tender submission to the signed and negotiated Master Service Agreement for large-scale, multi-entity accounts that involve formal procurement.

• Oversee Command’s enterprise perspective, which includes Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), reporting functions, and administrative experiences tailored for Named Accounts.

• Coordinate reporting requirements for stakeholders in Global Learning, HR, Procurement, Global Mobility, and Local HR.

• Manage the Franchise Portal, actively participating in the resolution of its reporting-line governance issues.

• Create and document the pod’s Critical User Journeys, covering the Enterprise Quote-to-Cash process and franchisee royalty pathways.

• Supervise the Growth & Website flex Project Management seat, focusing on the self-service funnel for Career Professionals and Self-Serve Employers.

• Lead the LTV:CAC evaluation and recommend future structural adjustments for the Growth & Website role or team.

• Ensure that enterprise deals effectively address security, works council, and data residency requirements from the outset.

• Resolve the enterprise segment threshold issues across Command, the Quote-to-Cash pipeline, and the Franchise Portal.

• Confirm that Critical User Journeys are documented, reviewed, and utilized for specifications and launch criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the enterprise sales cycle, including tender and RFP processes, executive sponsorship, and multi-entity contracting.

• Familiarity with compliance-related product tasks, such as security questionnaires, SOC 2, GDPR, and works council co-determination in Germany and Austria as per Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG.

• Proven ability to write product specifications independently.

• Competence in using data and AI tools for analysis.

• Ability to exercise judgment in making and documenting well-considered exceptions when necessary.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
