This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the strategy, execution, scaling, and roadmap for Sprout Social’s Listening product.
• Establish Listening as a key competitive advantage in the social intelligence industry.
• Foster adoption across the broader customer base of Sprout Social.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement product investments while balancing customer commitments with strategic objectives.
• Work alongside pricing and packaging teams to enhance pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to align product vision and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor customer pipeline, adoption rates, usage statistics, competitive landscape, feedback, churn, and factors leading to closed-lost opportunities.
• Engage directly with customers and assist with internal customer escalations.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships throughout R&D and across Sprout Social.
• Communicate progress, risks, challenges, and any necessary pivots.
• Oversee product execution, research, delivery organization, release planning, and quarterly roadmap development.
• Define success metrics and deliver measurable outcomes on strategic initiatives.
• Influence Sprout Social’s product culture and mentor future product managers.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management within a B2B product-driven SaaS or Analytics setting.
• Demonstrated success in leading product growth within a multi-product portfolio company.
• Proven experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams across various time zones.
• Ability to comprehend and navigate complex technical concepts, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Strong customer and market insight, continuous discovery, customer empathy, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
• Curiosity about the rapidly evolving social, software, and product management landscapes.
• A passion for continuous improvement, hands-on learning, and experimentation.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and project management abilities.
• Must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario.
• Must be situated in the EST or CST time zone.
