This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of an AI agent for credit unions, overseeing everything from initial discovery to implementation and roadmap development.
• Engage in discovery sessions with credit union members, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Quickly prototype and conduct live trials of agents and their use cases.
• Manage and prioritize the agent roadmap to align with specific business outcomes.
• Participate in customer discussions and conduct on-site visits.
• Familiarize yourself with the agent portfolio and key credit unions.
• Deliver reusable integrations with core systems, loan origination systems, and CRMs.
• Drive new product launches and resolve implementation challenges.
• Collaborate with fellow AI product managers to establish launch sequencing across credit unions.
• Roll out the agent with multiple credit unions and showcase performance metrics.
• Broaden the agent’s accountable business outcomes.
• Create documentation for repeatable integration patterns and facilitate a scaled rollout to AI Operations while maintaining the product roadmap.
• Engage in executive discussions with partners alongside commercial counterparts.
• Strong product judgment, aesthetic sense, and understanding of customer needs.
• Experience in B2B product management, specifically managing enterprise clients, negotiating scope, and executing implementations.
• Proven experience in building AI solutions with the ability to demonstrate them.
• Capability to lead meetings with credit union leadership and advocate for a product direction even before its development.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, with spikes to 50% during critical project phases.
• Persuasive, with the confidence to influence others without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 7 years of product management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech is preferred.
• A background in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Familiarity with or experience in a forward-deployed engineering or product role is beneficial.
• Practical integration experience with core banking systems, loan origination systems, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in product management within a highly regulated industry.
