AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and leverage opportunities to utilize AI for acquiring new customers through engaging conversational experiences on WhatsApp, automation, insights, and personalized journeys.

• Analyze data to drive decisions, validate hypotheses, and assess the effectiveness of AI-driven solutions.

• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to develop user-centric experiences that are both innovative and technically viable.

• Ensure that AI solutions are in line with ethical standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Diagnose issues and suggest business solutions through the application of AI technologies.

• Effectively communicate objectives, insights, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Cultivate an environment of learning and experimentation within the product team.

• Lead the advancement of Ian, Asaas’s AI agent, by integrating technology, product development, and business strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with chatbots, AI agents, or conversational integrations, including WhatsApp and APIs.

• Substantial background as a Product Manager for digital products, ideally within fintech or financial services.

• Experience with AI-driven products or solutions, especially in areas like automation, customer service, or personalization.

• Understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or predictive modeling as applied in business contexts.

• Proficiency in product metrics and the capability to analyze data effectively.

• Familiarity with SQL is considered advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical complexities as business value.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams that include Product, Engineering, and Design.

• A keen interest and proactive approach to exploring trends and practical applications of AI in the financial services sector.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is a plus.

• Additional certifications or coursework in AI, Product Management, or Data Science are beneficial.

• Experience with products regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil is a plus.

• Previous experience in fintech or SaaS companies that provide financial services is an advantage.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms like APIs, Claude, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Vertex AI is a plus.

• Experience with AI solutions aimed at revenue generation or supporting Sales and Marketing teams is an asset.
