Staff Product Manager – Enterprise Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of enterprise-level products developed in collaboration with designated strategic payer accounts.

• Develop capabilities that assist payers in signing, renewing, or expanding their partnership with Headway.

• Oversee the product-side relationship with Payer Business Development and convert commercial requests into product specifications.

• Question or redefine commercial requests when a more effective product approach is available.

• Establish a standardized framework so that enterprise payer developments are reusable rather than custom-built.

• Navigate the complexities of procurement, legal matters, and multi-stakeholder enterprise purchasing processes.

• Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven product management experience at a staff level within a genuine enterprise sales environment.

• Knowledge of large institutional buyers, including procurement, legal aspects, and multi-stakeholder approvals.

• Capacity to balance the thoroughness of enterprise processes with the urgency typical of startups.

• Skill in transforming account-specific requests into reusable product offerings.

• Experience in building trust and influencing Engineering, Data, and Business Development partners without direct authority over the roadmap.

• Background in healthcare or payer systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Must be able to work without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
