Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Trust Hub products, ensuring efficient registration processes while upholding top-tier KYC standards.

• Formulate, articulate, and secure support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the objectives of the company.

• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the phases of product planning, design, development, and launch.

• Understand customer needs and work alongside engineering and UX teams to transform these needs into product specifications and user stories.

• Establish key performance indicators, analyze data, guide product decisions, and assess success.

• Cultivate and manage relationships and expectations with cross-functional stakeholders across all organizational tiers.

• Perform data-driven business reviews to analyze product performance and revenue/market achievements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in product management within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.

• Demonstrated success in leading product launches and developing product strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, executive endorsement, and measurable results.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to influence and collaborate across all levels and effectively present to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Solid technical, analytical, and UI/UX design knowledge.

• Proficient in managing ambiguous and complex challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in creating products/services related to APIs or enhancing developer experiences.

• Background in working within telecommunications or other regulated industries.
