Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the overall experience for professionals from start to finish: including discovery, placement, and fostering ongoing engagement.

• Establish and oversee the Professional Lifetime Value, providing reports to leadership.

• Develop a retention strategy that ensures professionals remain active for years, beyond just their initial shift.

• Create a framework for how professionals can build their reputation and be discovered by facilities.

• Clarify earnings—what they earn, the reasons behind it, and strategies for improvement.

• Collaborate with the product manager responsible for the facility side to maintain a balanced marketplace.

• Determine product priorities and essential requirements while allowing delivery partners to define the construction of the product.

• Work asynchronously with colleagues across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in product management, with significant time spent on the supply side of a marketplace or platform.

• Proven experience in enhancing engagement, not just availability, within a marketplace or platform.

• Ability to link product decisions to unit economics and effectively discuss these with finance teams.

• Strong data instincts—able to implement instrumentation before development and diagnose issues related to retention versus discovery.

• A solid track record of collaboration across team boundaries that you do not fully control.

• Must reside in the United States.
