Staff Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop the product strategy and create multi-quarter roadmaps.

• Take ownership of intricate product areas involving numerous stakeholders.

• Conduct customer discovery and perform market analysis.

• Convert business and customer requirements into product strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design leadership.

• Set up product metrics and operational frameworks.

• Oversee significant launches and cross-functional projects.

• Mentor product managers and elevate the standards of product management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of managing complex products.

• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

• High level of technical fluency.

• Experience in influencing others without direct authority.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML or developer platforms.

• Preferred: Background in B2B technology.

• Preferred: Experience in a scale-up environment.

• Preferred: Technical product background.
