This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance customer lifecycle value, promote installed base growth, and optimize service orders and revenue performance for the North American DXR portfolio.
• Spearhead service growth initiatives and lifecycle optimization programs across the DXR portfolio in North America.
• Create and implement regional strategies aimed at maximizing lifecycle value creation.
• Drive service attachment strategies associated with Point-of-Sale transactions, focusing on optimizing term attachments.
• Oversee initiatives designed to retain, upgrade, and expand the current customer installed base.
• Enhance long-term service profitability.
• Lead targeted growth initiatives related to the objectives of the DXR portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in customer value messaging and commercial execution.
• Work in partnership with regional sales, service delivery, marketing, finance, and global business teams.
• Assist in developing business cases, pricing strategies, and assessments of market opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and improve results.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer requirements.
• Discover new opportunities for lifecycle and service growth.
• Act as a subject matter expert on lifecycle management strategies and optimizing the installed base.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the industry, preferably in product management or marketing related to healthcare or MedTech products and solutions.
• Required knowledge of radiology and service structures for capital equipment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
• Capability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comprehensive understanding of products and services within the defined scope.
• Strong ability to promote collaboration across multifunctional teams.
• US work authorization is a prerequisite for employment.
• Candidates must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, either now or in the future.
