Senior Product Manager – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as an Interim Product Manager for clients at different stages of the product lifecycle.

• Guide products from the development of MVPs to their launch.

• Revive stalled projects.

• Assist scale-ups in achieving quarterly KPIs.

• Direct product pivots.

• Establish new product departments or capabilities.

• Make product and business decisions that impact clients.

• Manage the delivery and discovery processes for multiple initiatives at once.

• Collaborate with Product, Program, and Project Managers based on client configurations.

• Partner with stakeholders and navigate high-pressure situations.

• Align stakeholders on solutions that prevent detrimental initiatives.

• Propose and take ownership of initiatives that enhance Product Impact, expedite client delivery, and optimize long-term profitability and growth.

• Lead teams of high-achieving individuals and manage the product lifecycle from strategy to assessment.

• Work collaboratively on product roadmaps and identify new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager working on a tech product, preferably in a start-up setting.

• Strong focus on user experience and a deep understanding of business needs.

• Proven experience leading a cross-functional team using agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with web or mobile applications and front-end technologies.

• Ability to alternate between analytical and creative thought processes.
