This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for a significant product line.
• Link developments in AI search, response engines, and agents to product initiatives.
• Make informed product trade-offs based on usage statistics, customer insights, and business outcomes.
• Influence platform, integration, and API design while enhancing exposure to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing and packaging strategies.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to product managers, including those in training.
• Assist in evolving the roadmap, prioritization, and go-to-market strategies within the Product Community of Practice.
• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers and potential clients.
• Represent the product roadmap in discussions with executives and customers.
• Incorporate customer evidence into strategic decisions and prioritization efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams on positioning, product launches, enablement, and tracking adoption.
• Utilize AI copilots and agentic tools with careful consideration of verification and trust.
• Formulate a perspective on how AI answer engines and agents process and utilize structured content.
• Report directly to the COO and co-founder.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product manager.
• Extensive hands-on experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven ownership of a product line or product strategy over multiple quarters, resulting in shipped outcomes and measurable impact.
• Documented success in coaching and mentoring other product managers, including those who are junior or early in their careers.
• Experience with pricing and packaging strategies, or platform/API products.
• Strong executive presence when engaging with enterprise customers.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering and GTM teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills using adoption metrics, customer behavior, and usage patterns.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in architecture and feasibility discussions with Engineering teams.
• Nice to have: expertise in AI, semantic web, knowledge graphs, or data platforms.
• Nice to have: background in SEO, martech, content platforms, or answer-engine optimization.
• Nice to have: experience in scaling product frameworks or contributing to a product community of practice.
• Nice to have: experience in conducting customer-facing webinars, enablement, or launch programs.
• Nice to have: technical background in computer science or engineering, with prior experience in engineering, solutions, or analytics.
• Nice to have: experience in startup or scale-up environments.
• Ability to work remotely from Canada.
