Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the product area roadmap.

• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and convert them into business opportunities.

• Collaborate across departments to explore concepts, identify issues, and develop solutions.

• Test hypotheses through prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis.

• Delve into the technical specifics of the product and its APIs.

• Inspire a team to deliver exceptional products and user experiences.

• Independently identify and pursue opportunities for product, organizational, and process improvements.

• Partner with Product Marketing and the larger OneSignal team to enhance field enablement and boost customer adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of product experience in a tech firm or a rapidly growing startup.

• Proficient design abilities and familiarity with at least one major design tool; the company utilizes Figma.

• Strong technical background with some coding knowledge.

• Solid quantitative and technical expertise.

• Ability to navigate the intricate technical requirements of the OneSignal platform.

• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL is a plus.

• Capacity to design and structure complex analyses to address key product inquiries.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality products at scale.

• Resourceful and capable of working independently, driven with enthusiasm to face new challenges.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize opportunities for company growth and evaluate feature value.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.

• Experience with B2B SaaS catering to Freemium and Enterprise customers is advantageous.

• Familiarity with cross-channel customer messaging, customer engagement platforms, or marketing automation is a bonus.
