Staff Product Manager – Agentic Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the roadmap for agent execution, workflow orchestration, state management, and task coordination systems.

• Set standards, APIs, and tools for the development, deployment, and scaling of agentic applications.

• Design self-service mechanisms for registering tools, actions, workflows, and services within the AI OS.

• Develop SDKs, platform abstractions, and operational tools to enhance the developer experience.

• Specify platform requirements for observability, evaluations, debugging, resiliency, failure management, and operational excellence.

• Create capabilities for planning, delegation, task execution, and coordination across multi-agent systems.

• Collaborate effectively with AI Platform, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Construct foundational systems that support intelligent workflows across 6sense products.

• Empower product teams to create agentic experiences without the need to reinvent core infrastructure.

• Establish operational standards for secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems.

• Minimize friction and expedite the development of AI-powered applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building products related to agent platforms, AI orchestration systems, workflow engines, distributed systems, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.

• Strong grasp of agent architectures, function calling, tool orchestration, workflow execution, state management, memory systems, multi-agent systems, AI observability, and evaluation frameworks.

• A history of developing products utilized by multiple teams and catering to a wide ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to influence engineers, architects, researchers, and senior executives on complex technical subjects.

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management.

• Background in Platform, Infrastructure, AI Platform, or Developer Platform roles.

• Experience in managing highly technical products that involve substantial architectural complexity.

• Proven collaboration with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities at scale.
