Staff Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive product initiatives from inception to scaling.

• Collaborate closely with customers and Product leadership.

• Create and execute comprehensive full-stack product architectures.

• Lay down the technical groundwork for new products.

• Convert vague product challenges into scalable solutions.

• Maintain a balance between speed, product quality, and technical sustainability.

• Coach engineers involved in product initiatives.

• Shape the product roadmap and influence engineering priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in full-stack and product engineering.

• Demonstrated success in 0→1 product development.

• Exceptional product judgment and technical expertise.

• Proficient in architecture and system design.

• Capable of working autonomously in highly ambiguous settings.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Experience in AI product development is a plus.

• Background in startup or scale-up environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with working closely with founders or product leadership is a plus.

• Experience in taking products from prototype to substantial scale is a plus.

• Must provide US work authorization status; sponsorship may be necessary depending on status.
