This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of design for plan selection, cart merchandising, and cross-selling within the entire commercial ecosystem.
• Convert pricing, packaging, bundling, discounting, and messaging needs into adaptable, reusable design patterns.
• Create cross-sell placements, supporting materials, and interaction models aligned with the targeting strategy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to enhance customer-facing purchase and conversion processes.
• Coordinate with RevSys counterparts when experiences rely on shared systems or implementation limitations.
• Extend design thinking throughout Frontsite-connected journeys from initial discovery to downstream conversion.
• Partner with Platform and Data Science teams on targeting and experimentation efforts.
• Establish design patterns, principles, and standards across Commercial Growth initiatives.
• Mentor designers, offer constructive feedback, and enhance systems-thinking, visual design, and interaction design quality.
• Report directly to the Director of GTM Product Design.
• Over 10 years of experience in product design within a digital product company, including time at a Staff level or equivalent.
• A portfolio showcasing complex, systems-level work, ideally in areas such as commerce, checkout, pricing, or monetization surfaces, with clear positive impacts on user and business outcomes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional workstreams from ambiguity to shipped products, including setting direction, defining milestones, and aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, and data teams.
• A solid track record of transforming pricing, packaging, discounting, and merchandising requirements into scalable, user-friendly UX patterns across a wide range of product offerings.
• Strong systems thinking skills, including the ability to map data models, flows, and interdependencies across multiple product areas.
• Capability to generate momentum without fully defined requirements and to organize ambiguous problems.
• Experience in designing for or alongside experimentation and targeting systems, including personalization and A/B testing logic.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
• Competence in leading by example and mentoring designers at various levels.
• Prior experience working on Frontsite or marketing site-connected journeys is a significant advantage.
