Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead large, complex initiatives across various product areas from problem identification to launch and iteration.

• Establish design direction and exhibit sound judgment within the product design space.

• Engage with strategic customers to integrate their feedback and product data into decision-making processes.

• Utilize AI tools throughout the design workflow and develop innovative working methods.

• Maintain awareness of emerging trends, tools, and technologies.

• Contribute actively to the design community.

• Deploy code to production across the design system, web products, and mobile applications.

• Define quality standards by building and shipping products.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leaders.

• Establish interaction patterns and visual systems for fellow designers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product design, focusing on UX/UI for web and mobile applications.

• Proven experience in leading projects that span multiple product areas.

• A robust portfolio and/or case studies demonstrating design expertise and measurable impact across various product areas or platform-wide systems.

• A portfolio is mandatory; applications submitted without one will not be considered.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to define new patterns for use by other designers and teams.

• Regular application of AI tools in design practices, such as Cursor or Figma Make, with verifiable shipped work.

• Experience in mentoring designers, both formally and informally.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership.
