Staff Physician – Mental Health, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide consultations and treatment for patients facing a diverse range of conditions.

• Regularly engage with patients regarding their treatment plans.

• Collaborate across departments to offer operational support as necessary.

• Address patient messages and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Offer constructive feedback to enhance the quality of care and operational procedures.

• Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant federal and state privacy regulations.

• Consult and provide treatment for patients with mental health issues.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Implement evidence-based medicine utilizing advanced decision-support tools and clinical assistance.

• Share medical expertise via the telemedicine platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.

• Proven experience in treating depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.

• A minimum of 10 state licenses is required.

• Availability for at least 16 weekend hours per month.

• Willing to work on 4 holidays and holiday weekends each year.

• Physicians must establish collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• No restrictions on credentialing with Medicaid or other insurance providers.

• Capable of delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients.

• Enthusiastic about patient education.

• Openness to work across various medical conditions and service lines.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
