
Staff Multifamily Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee quality and safety through site visits and review of photographs
• Record findings from site visits to monitor and enhance timelines
• Travel up to 5 nights weekly to inspect field projects
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding any field-related issues
• Follow up on prior escalations to ensure resolution
• Examine safety plans prior to site visits and enforce compliance throughout the project
• Conduct final job closeout and verification of commissioning
• Carry out daily on-site assessments of workmanship quality
• Supervise construction sites, subcontractors, and personnel
• Ensure adherence to approved manuals, procedures, contract documents, and permitted designs
• Discuss project advancement and schedules with site staff and relay updates to the Project Manager
• Confirm that each site operates and communicates effectively prior to final QC sign-off
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 8 years of experience in general industry, construction, engineering, or electrical trades
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial construction trades
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in layout and print reading
• Clean driving record and capability to pass a driving background check
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, including Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of construction and general industry safety regulations, including Federal, OSHA, and basic state programs
• Comprehensive knowledge of three-phase electrical and utility electrical service requirements
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, facilitate internal communication, and engage with customers
• Capability to operate a vehicle during regular business activities
• Ability to frequently transport materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb extension ladders and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on sloped roofs
• Capability to work safely on construction sites and in warehouses
• Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• Journeyman electrical certification is preferred
