Staff Full Stack Engineer – Frontend Focused, AI Workforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and take ownership of the interface for creating agent workflows with real-time UI updates utilizing WebSockets and server-sent events.

• Define and enhance micro-frontend architectures throughout the AI Studio.

• Develop dynamic, state-driven interfaces that showcase live agent interactions.

• Make architectural choices that accommodate increasing complexity and scale.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform intricate workflows into user-friendly experiences.

• Create reusable components and uphold consistent design patterns.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and orchestration APIs.

• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.

• Improve canvas load times and responsiveness.

• Implement CI/CD processes, troubleshoot production issues, and document architectural frameworks.

• Set company-wide frontend best practices, tools, and review standards.

• Assist other teams in embracing frontend best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing modern, complex web applications, with a strong emphasis on frontend.

• Profound expertise in React and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with real-time technologies such as WebSockets, server-sent events, or both.

• Familiarity with canvas or node-based UI frameworks.

• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and component-driven development.

• Practical backend experience with RESTful APIs and building Backend for Frontend (BFF) services.

• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Experience managing state for complex, dynamic user interfaces.

• Proven track record in owning architectural and technical decisions at a staff level, influencing multiple teams.

• Excellent debugging skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: experience with highly interactive, data-intensive interfaces; component libraries or design systems; server-side rendering or frontend performance; cloud-based distributed systems; large-scale global B2B or B2C products; fast-growing product and engineering environments.
