This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee entire projects from inception to completion: define scope, develop, deploy, and take ownership.

• Develop across the technology stack, which includes user interface, application programming interface, data architecture, and long-running processes.

• Ensure 3D rendering in the browser is efficient and accurate for real-world models.

• Design the user experience for creating components with an AI agent integrated into the interface.

• Evaluate performance, reliability, and overall polish from the user's perspective.

• Collaborate daily with the CTO, engineering team, and Mimo.

• Engage in the complete hiring process, which encompasses founder discussions, technical interviews, team assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in developing customer-facing products.

• Significant contributions to codebases or projects that can be showcased.

• Expertise in one area of the stack with proficiency in another.

• Experience with interactive 3D web applications using Three.js or similar, demonstrating performance optimization, or background in building and managing back-end services, APIs, and data systems.

• Proficient in React and TypeScript.

• Experience with Python back-end development and relational data modeling.

• Strong product insight with the ability to define challenges, make user experience decisions, and deliver results independently of a product manager.

• Practical experience in printing, machining, molding, soldering, or assembling tangible objects.

• Regular use of AI coding tools with a high standard for output quality.

• Required to have authorization to work in the US.

• Must not require visa sponsorship.

• May need to meet US-person status for compliance with export control regulations.

• No formal degree is required.
