📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Core Infrastructure Test and Support Engineering team

• Take ownership of platform-level test suites and integrate and enhance integration tests into cohesive suites

• Conduct release qualification, regression, and bring-up campaigns on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and vehicle setups

• Provide on-call support for onboard core software and team-supported services, including software deployment and vehicle data ingestion

• Recruit and nurture team members; oversee priorities, performance, and career development

• Implement on-call rotation, triage processes, and facilitate vehicle and release enablement

• Act as the main point of contact for platform test results and Core Infrastructure support

• Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams

• Set the technical direction and establish boundaries with vehicle software and test infrastructure teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience and knowledge

• Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including leadership of an engineering team

• Experience with software operating on physical hardware or infrastructure used for development and operations, such as automotive, robotics, aerospace, or large device fleets

• Responsible for platform or system-level testing, or production support for software utilized by other teams

• Strong background in embedded software, Linux, middleware, or test and release infrastructure

• Experience with software deployed in production on a fleet or in the field, including on-call support, bring-up, and launching software and/or hardware products

• Proven experience in hiring, developing, and retaining engineers, including team building or rotation development

• Experience in creating inclusive teams
