• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering Managers, and senior leadership to align technical investments with customer and business results.

• Enhance engineering efficiency through reusable patterns, established pathways, documentation, mentorship, and process enhancements.

• Directly contribute to key projects through hands-on technical involvement.

• Advocate for customer needs and production realities in technical and product discussions.

• Foster the development of other engineers through mentorship, constructive feedback, and opportunities for expanding their responsibilities.

• Over 10 years of pertinent industry experience.

• Profound knowledge of event-driven architectures.

• Familiarity with streaming protocols such as Server-Sent Events and WebSockets.

• Proven experience in managing stateful connections at scale.

• Proficiency in Go, Java, Rust, or similar systems programming languages.

• Extensive experience in delivering and operating production software at significant scale, complexity, or reliability standards.

• Demonstrated technical leadership across team or organizational lines without formal authority.

• Experience in making architectural and design decisions for complex systems and effectively communicating trade-offs.

• Proven track record of transforming ambiguous, high-impact challenges into coherent plans and successful outcomes.

• Strong grasp of software quality, observability, operational health, security, and sustainable delivery methodologies.

• Capability to balance long-term technical strategy with practical, incremental implementation.
