Staff Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct internal audit engagements spanning operational, financial, and strategic domains

• Plan, define scope, execute fieldwork, and document audit engagements

• Engage in External Audit Direct Assist tasks, which include testing and conducting inventory counts

• Travel to production and distribution locations as necessary, approximately 15% of the time

• Utilize knowledge in risk assessment, accounting, finance, IT, and operations to pinpoint control deficiencies and opportunities for process enhancement

• Analyze and interpret data employing AI and analytics techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies

• Generate audit reports and present findings along with recommendations to senior management

• Oversee the implementation of action plans and facilitate timely resolutions

• Foster relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• At least 2 years of experience in internal audit or risk advisory services

• Experience in manufacturing is advantageous

• CIA, CPA, CMA, or CISA certifications are preferred

• Profound understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and auditing standards

• Practical experience with AI and data analytics in auditing, or a strong interest in building expertise in this area

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
