
Staff Appraiser β Valuations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Execute both desktop and field appraisal tasks within defined client-driven turnaround times.
β’ Conduct quality control assessments on intricate valuation reports, which include jumbo loans, private wealth/high net worth analyses, and unique or complex properties.
β’ Communicate with field appraisers to address and resolve complex or urgent revision requests.
β’ Manage quality control escalations by mentoring field appraisers, discussing issues and solutions with clients, and keeping all parties updated.
β’ Comprehend, implement, and ensure adherence to current ServiceLink policies and procedures.
β’ Maintain a thorough understanding of USPAP, FNMA, and relevant state regulations.
β’ Keep appraisal licenses in good standing, including completing required CEU courses.
β’ Achieve ServiceLink quality benchmarks for appraisal report completion and delivery.
β’ Provide prompt web updates regarding assignments.
β’ Conduct site visits with professionalism in appearance, attire, and conduct.
β’ Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
β’ Must be a certified real estate appraiser in Tennessee.
β’ Must hold a Certified Residential or Certified General appraiser designation; trainee or licensed appraisers will not be considered.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ Experience appraising a diverse range of property types is necessary.
β’ Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are essential.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft software products is required.
β’ Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
β’ No sponsorship for employment visa status is permitted now or in the future.
β’ Expertise in appraising within the Nashville or Knoxville, Tennessee markets is preferred.
β’ Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Nashville or Knoxville, Tennessee.
β’ Previous valuation experience with a major lender or AMC is preferred.
β’ A college degree is preferred.
β’ Advanced designations are a plus.
