Staff Appraiser – Valuations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute desktop and field appraisal tasks in accordance with client specifications.

• Deliver quality review appraisals.

• Manage quality control escalations.

• Conduct quality control assessments on intricate valuation reports.

• Troubleshoot, engage in discussions, and independently resolve complex quality control escalations with field appraisers and lender clients.

• Provide assistance on valuation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation.

• Must hold a Certified real estate appraiser credential in Pennsylvania.

• Trainee or licensed appraisers are not eligible.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Experience in appraising a wide variety of property types, particularly those common in coverage areas.

• Adequate computer skills to create appraisal reports and communicate effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft software products is required.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Dedication to producing high-quality appraisal products.

• Interest in appraisal innovation and maintaining integrity.

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• No requirement for employment visa sponsorship either now or in the future.

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
