📋 Description

• Take ownership of credit and performance monitoring for the Personal Loans product.

• Detect performance trends, analyze root causes, and propose targeted solutions.

• Conduct thorough statistical analyses to assess previous experiments and natural experiments.

• Develop and sustain workflows that automate and enhance standard reporting.

• Deliver ongoing reporting and performance tracking related to model and credit performance.

• Ensure regular updates to senior leadership and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Actively monitor portfolio and model performance, diagnose unforeseen outcomes, and drive business results.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Physics, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Strong analytical skills and first-principles thinking.

• Capability to address complex and ambiguous challenges.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.

• Skill in conveying intricate analytical concepts to a variety of audiences.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative discipline.
