Staff AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main business owner for AI and automation initiatives within the designated function.

• Collaborate with business leaders, end users, and Information Services teams to uncover opportunities, outline requirements, and prioritize projects.

• Convert strategic business needs into actionable AI agents, workflows, automations, and digitally empowered capabilities.

• Oversee initiatives from design through testing, deployment, adoption, measurement, and lifecycle management.

• Create job descriptions for agents, establish success metrics, KPIs, and value realization plans for AI-driven solutions.

• Set and monitor metrics for adoption, productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

• Facilitate change management, engage stakeholders, and promote the adoption of innovative working methods.

• Work together with enterprise AI, data, security, privacy, legal, and governance teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and responsibly managed solutions.

• Recognize opportunities to consolidate, redesign, scale, or phase out solutions based on their business value and performance.

• Contribute to enterprise best practices, playbooks, standards, and reporting pertaining to AI investments and value realization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in business strategy, transformation, digital initiatives, analytics, process enhancement, technology-driven growth, enterprise capability development, or related fields.

• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Experience in translating business challenges into technology-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, workflow platforms, agent-based solutions, or digital transformation efforts is preferred.

• Strong skills in analytics, problem-solving, change management, and communication.

• In-depth expertise in at least one functional area, such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, Innovation, or similar business sectors.

• A strong sense of curiosity and demonstrated ability to learn rapidly regarding AI, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.

• An advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
