
Software Engineer β Integrations Delivery, Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and deploy first-party integration connectors between NodeZero and client security platforms, such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and ITSM tools.
β’ Create integration schemas and data mappings that convert NodeZero findings into the native format of each platform.
β’ Update and improve existing integrations as third-party APIs evolve, customer input reveals gaps, and new platforms are prioritized.
β’ Produce integration documentation and configuration manuals that empower customers to set up integrations independently.
β’ Identify and resolve integration issues reported by customers or detected through monitoring systems.
β’ Collaborate with the Integrations Platform team to develop connectors on shared infrastructure.
β’ Manage the entire lifecycle of integrations, including design, deployment, customer training, and ongoing support.
β’ Work closely with a P4 senior engineer and report to the IDS Engineering Manager.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of professional software engineering experience.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in building production integrations or connectors against third-party APIs.
β’ Proficient in consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
β’ Experience handling authentication token refresh, pagination, rate limiting, partial failures, and schema drift.
β’ Ability to interpret third-party API documentation and convert it into a reliable, tested connector.
β’ Skilled in Go or Python programming languages.
β’ Comfortable working in containerized and cloud-native environments, including Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
β’ Understanding of webhook and event-driven integration patterns.
β’ Familiarity with tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne, Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, or other similar security and ITSM tools is a plus.
β’ Knowledge of EDR, SIEM, and SOAR concepts is desirable.
β’ Experience in designing integration data models or field-mapping schemas is an advantage.
β’ Background in customer-facing or product-adjacent engineering roles is beneficial.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
