Spring Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in Compassion International’s Spring 2027 Internship Program

• Determine preferred area(s) of interest among Global Communications (Video), Marketing, Marketing Operations, Donor Relations, Donor Research, and Global Workplace (HR)

• Have the potential to be considered for various internship roles

• Utilize skills gained from previous employment, volunteer experiences, and academic coursework in alignment with chosen job preferences

• Work remotely Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the internship duration

• Contribute to Compassion’s ministry and mission of child protection

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ and demonstrate a courteous, Christ-like demeanor

• Advocate for children's needs and comprehend Christ’s directive to safeguard children

• Commit to and prioritize considerations for child protection

• Adhere to Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct

• Report any concerns regarding child abuse, neglect, or exploitation through Compassion’s internal reporting mechanisms

• Uphold and actively engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors

• College student or recent graduate with an anticipated graduation date between May 2024 and December 2026

• Available for the full internship period from February 1 to May 14, 2027

• Capable of working Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. throughout the internship

• Legally authorized to work in the United States; international students must possess a valid work or study visa, SSN, etc.
