This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication capabilities.
• Create personalized therapy plans and objectives based on assessment findings and individual student requirements.
• Deliver direct therapy services to PreK–12 students focusing on articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Work in partnership with teachers, parents, school personnel, and other educational or related-service team members.
• Utilize evidence-based methods and therapeutic activities during therapy sessions.
• Track student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary.
• Accurately and promptly document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other pertinent information.
• Participate in IEP meetings to provide insights on students' speech and language requirements.
• Deliver speech and language therapy services remotely using E-Therapy’s technology-driven platform.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certification or proficiency in a target language, such as Spanish or Mandarin.
• Prior experience as a bilingual speech-language pathologist in a school or educational environment.
• Strong understanding of speech and language development, disorders, and therapy techniques in both English and the target language.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.
• Proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and documentation.
• Experience in teletherapy or online speech-language therapy services is preferred.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and utilize a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Occasional capacity to stand, walk, reach, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
