Speech Language Pathologist – Recruiting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies and engage in sourcing activities to attract talent while establishing and maintaining robust candidate pools.

• Manage the receipt and screening of all applications.

• Conduct phone screenings for applicants who align with program needs.

• Execute interviews with potential candidates.

• Support screened and interviewed candidates throughout the onboarding process.

• Utilize the applicant tracking system daily to monitor assignments and oversee candidate onboarding activities.

• Complete all assigned training requirements.

• Create and maintain systems to track progress effectively.

• Deliver sourced talent for ongoing programs to managers and clients within specified timelines.

• Adhere to UI-defined standard operating procedures.

• Regularly communicate and meet with the supervisor to discuss progress, potential issues, and program concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience.

• At least 2–3 years of experience within a healthcare agency environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, schedule, and adapt as needed.

• Capability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

• A growth mindset and a sense of personal responsibility.
