Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess patients and create tailored care plans to address speech and language challenges.

• Provide speech therapy utilizing specialized methods and equipment, and suggest communication devices as necessary.

• Collaborate with referring physicians and the healthcare team to ensure a cohesive, patient-focused approach to treatment.

• Inform patients, families, and caregivers about treatment strategies and objectives.

• Engage in case conferences and coordination meetings for care planning.

• Keep precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

• Remain updated on the latest practices and theories in speech-language pathology.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required for patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Valid Californian SLP license.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in SLP.

• Current CPR certification from AHA.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and an insured, dependable vehicle.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
