Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess patients and create tailored care plans to address speech and language challenges.

• Provide speech therapy utilizing specialized methods and equipment, and suggest communication devices as necessary.

• Collaborate with referring physicians and the healthcare team to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care.

• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers about treatment plans and objectives.

• Engage in case conferences and care coordination discussions.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

• Stay updated on the latest practices and theories in speech-language pathology.

• Carry out additional duties as required to support patient services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Current California SLP license.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.

• Up-to-date CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

• Valid driver's license and access to an insured, dependable vehicle.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
