Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities through evaluations and follow-up assessments.

• Create, oversee, and revise personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver direct therapy aimed at achieving speech, language, and social communication objectives.

• Work in partnership with and educate parents/caregivers to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical personnel to guarantee integrated, multidisciplinary care.

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure timely reporting within the electronic health record system.

• Engage in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional growth.

• Report directly to the Clinical Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.

• Valid state SLP licensure.

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Experience with children with ASD is preferred.

• Knowledge of ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment settings is preferred.

• Experience in providing coaching for parents and education for caregivers is preferred.

• Availability from Monday to Friday.
