This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of sales performance and revenue generation within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Formulate and implement regional strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, enhancing conversion rates, and optimizing market potential.
• Develop turnaround plans for underperforming markets within 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Assess performance at the center level and identify revenue gaps related to lead volume, scheduling, show rates, conversion, average selling price (ASP), financing, capacity, staffing, refunds, and overall pipeline health.
• Create regional forecasts and monitor risks, opportunities, pipeline health, and anticipated revenue.
• Discover additional growth opportunities through pipeline reactivation, referrals, local initiatives, partnerships, and optimal utilization of existing demand.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regional and center-level KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Set performance expectations and ensure accountability among leaders and individual contributors.
• Build, coach, retain, and cultivate a high-performing regional sales team.
• Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Maintain a significant presence in centers and provide coaching on discovery, value creation, objection handling, financing, closing techniques, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Ensure teams effectively manage the entire patient journey from initial inquiry through consultation, decision-making, procedure scheduling, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Clinical Leadership, Finance, Practice Management, and executive Sales leadership.
• Spearhead the regional implementation of enterprise initiatives, pilot programs, product launches, pricing strategies, financing programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the region in national leadership discussions, sharing performance insights and best practices.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on multi-unit or regional responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding a multi-market revenue portfolio.
• Demonstrated capability in improving or revitalizing underperforming sales territories, markets, or teams.
• Experience leading sales organizations in M&A or post-acquisition contexts, including organizational changes, team and process integration, go-to-market alignment, and driving revenue performance during transformations.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare, elective medicine, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, luxury services, or other high-sales environments.
• Ability to lead with data while staying engaged with frontline operations.
• Advanced knowledge of sales funnels, conversion metrics, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
• Proven success in recruiting, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent.
• Strong executive presence with effective communication skills across frontline, clinical, operational, and executive levels.
• High emotional intelligence with the capacity to make tough decisions and enforce clear accountability.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–75% throughout the region.
• Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for shifts lasting 8–12 hours.
