This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement brand strategies and initiatives in the field.

• Oversee designated territory and target accounts.

• Establish customer relationships and address customer needs to enhance both short- and long-term sales performance.

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing targets.

• Prepare pre-call plans and conduct post-call assessments.

• Manage objections and initiate calls to action to finalize sales calls.

• Formulate and execute call strategies that maximize customer engagement and sales prospects.

• Gain insights into customer needs, market landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, disease states, products, clinical knowledge, and sales expertise.

• Share market insights with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager.

• Distinguish AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers.

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with disease-state experts and advocates/speakers.

• Travel approximately 25% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.

• If lacking a bachelor’s degree: a minimum of five years of experience, including three or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector is preferred, along with a high school diploma/GED.

• Comprehensive knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive aspects.

• Strong business acumen and proficiency in business tools.

• Strategic and critical thinking skills.

• Demonstrated history of success in sales.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Capability to function effectively in a matrix environment.

• Experience in leadership and support roles at district, regional, and/or organizational levels.

• Preferred experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.

• Must meet applicable HCIR credentialing standards and maintain good standing or be eligible to obtain credentials.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.

• Must comply with safe driving requirements.
