This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Promote Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area.

• Interact with Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers through face-to-face meetings.

• Advocate for assigned client products, optimize sales potential, and achieve or surpass targets and objectives.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, customers, and the territory.

• Build and sustain relationships with Health Care Providers.

• Inform providers about product features, advantages, safety profiles, and approved uses.

• Encourage appropriate patient usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.

• Preference for a focus in business, life sciences, or a clinical degree.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR previous work as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with existing relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory.

• Preferred consistent track record of measurable sales successes.

• Capability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within a specified geography.

• Strong and convincing business communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Ability to work autonomously while exercising sound business judgment and discretion.

• Skill in analyzing and addressing opportunities within the territory.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, within a 2-hour radius from the headquarters, with some overnight travel potentially required.
