This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Promote Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs within a designated geographic area.

• Interact with healthcare professionals, office personnel, and decision-makers through face-to-face meetings.

• Advocate for assigned client products while maximizing sales potential.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of products, clientele, and territory.

• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers.

• Inform providers about product features, advantages, safety profiles, and approved uses.

• Facilitate appropriate patient usage of products.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution; a focus in business, life sciences, or a clinical degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales, OR field B2B sales experience, OR previous work as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with established relationships with OB/GYNs in the designated territory.

• A proven track record of measurable/documented sales achievements is preferred.

• Capacity to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within the assigned region.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound business judgment and discretion.

• Skills in analyzing and addressing opportunities within the territory.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, within a 2-hour radius from the headquarters; some overnight travel may be necessary.
