This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Onboard, maintain, and foster relationships with key accounts and practices.
• Provide support to designated accounts by generating reports, ordering kits, monitoring turnaround times, resolving laboratory issues, handling specialty pricing inquiries, and updating Salesforce, EMR, and portal requests.
• Implement internal sales operations to establish new practices, which includes shipping kits, coordinating portal setups with IT, managing user invitations, and developing intervention and remediation plans.
• Analyze selected low-volume clients and potential new clients through cold calling to identify growth opportunities and generate leads for the Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Collaborate with Labcorp Division sales teams, Regional Directors, operations, marketing, and customer master groups to meet customer needs and support new opportunities.
• Upsell to current clients and provide training on new product lines.
• Research, contact, and secure 5 quality appointments per month within target accounts for the Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Provide sales-related support, reporting, procedures, and onboarding assistance to the Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Maintain and expand selected strategic accounts through client engagement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 or more years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within the Women’s Health, Genetics, or Diagnostics sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable, comfortable with uncertainty, and able to adjust to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience in women's healthcare and established relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums, and hospital and health systems.
• Previous sales experience in laboratory or diagnostics fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
• Occasional travel of less than 5% annually may be required.
