
Specialty Customer Support Executive – Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Onboard, nurture, and manage relationships with key accounts and practices.
• Provide assistance to designated accounts, which includes generating reports, ordering kits, tracking turnaround times, resolving lab issues, processing specialty pricing requests, and updating Salesforce, EMR, and portal requests.
• Implement internal sales operations for onboarding new practices, including shipping kits and collaborating with IT for portal setup.
• Create intervention and remediation plans as necessary.
• Analyze selected low-volume clients and prospective new clients through cold calling to generate growth opportunities and leads.
• Work together with sales, regional directors, operations, marketing, and customer master groups to meet customer needs.
• Upsell existing clients and provide training on new product lines.
• Research, reach out, and secure five quality appointments each month for Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Offer sales-related support, reporting, procedures, and onboarding assistance to Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• Generate leads to boost sales opportunities within current strategic accounts and select new accounts.
• Support strategic accounts across Genetics, IVF, Donor, and Women’s Health sectors.
• Report to the Specialty Customer Support Manager, Strategic Accounts.
• Provide support for one or two geographic areas in the Central US and East Coast, serving up to two Directors of Strategic Accounts.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales within the Women’s Health, Genetics, or Diagnostics sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable, comfortable with uncertainty, and capable of adjusting to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in women's healthcare and established relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums, and hospital and health systems.
• Previous experience in laboratory or diagnostics sales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
• Occasional travel of less than 5% annually may be required.
