This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Achieve or surpass all sales targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and finalize comprehensive business plans for the territory.
• Execute marketing strategies while engaging key stakeholders and decision-makers using authorized resources.
• Grow and sustain the customer base by establishing relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
• Implement both national and regional initiatives effectively.
• Utilize the Pharmacosmos selling process across diverse products and brand strategies.
• Maintain expertise in products, market dynamics, disease states, customer types, competing products, and the overall product portfolio.
• Leverage account management skills to enhance business opportunities.
• Identify target accounts using knowledge of buy-and-bill, GPO contracting, and distribution-channel dynamics.
• Analyze business data and information, identify trends, and make well-informed decisions.
• Assess and prioritize business opportunities that align with corporate goals and brand strategies.
• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Training, Market Access, Strategy and Operations, and Medical Affairs.
• Lead conferences, engage in regional and national meetings, and contribute to task-force projects.
• Seek ways to enhance performance and create a career development plan with the Regional Sales Director.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and governmental regulations.
• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A BS/BA degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 6 years of current experience in pharmaceutical sales is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceuticals is necessary.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of account-based selling is essential.
• Experience in selling an infusion (buy and bill) product is required.
• General understanding of reimbursement processes is necessary.
• A documented history of sales success in Hematology/Oncology and hospital accounts or various sites of care within the preferred territory.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across complex accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen are essential.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is required.
• Must be able to accommodate up to 30% overnight travel.
• Must adhere to corporate policies, government regulations, employee handbook, and expense policies.
• Discretion with confidential information is required.
• Experience with buy-and-bill and HEM/ONC is preferred.
• Product launch experience is also preferred.
